SHORES M.D.S provide a unique cost saving service where using a survey total station, we survey and develop isometrics for maintenance and turnaround piping packages.
Our service eliminates at risk activities through eliminating the the need for scaffolding or significant insulation removal for the collection of dimensional data. As long as we can see it, we can measure it accurately.
Our deliverable consists of an isometric drawing which contains all the information that is needed to fabricate a pipe spool.
Many facilities currently do no have accurate P&IDs and inspection isometrics. This is due to lack of investment in maintaining records, pour document control or acquisitions that have meant pipe specification have changed or documents were not turned over at the time of acquisition.
